COMPANY RESUMED PROFILE TELESCAN - Telecomunicações e Sistemas Lda. is an engineering company established in Portugal since 1980 and in Angola and Mozambique since 1964 and 1970, respectively. The company has been awarded International Tenders and carried out many contracts financed by the World Bank, African Development Bank, EEC, FINNIDA, DANIDA, etc, supplying equipments and services for several countries, namely, Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe,Kiribati , etc. in the following areas: - Telecommunication Systems (HF, VHF, UHF and Microwave) - Meteo Systems - Navaids - Services We are officially licensed to design, supply and install Radio Communications Systems, to carry out Public Works Contracts in telecommunications and we hold NATO SECRET classified credentials issued by the National Security Authority. With headquarters in its own premisses covering an area of around 600 m2 the main company employs 25 persons including 10 field engineers. Telescan realises engineering projects for microwave and cellular communications, ends designs and calcules towers or others supports for all systems applications and turn key installations.
